Sea World

I absolutely loved it! I wasn't sure about getting splashed at the Dolphin show or where the whales at the Shamu went after they jumped but I had tons of fun. I got to stay in a hotel with my mom and dad and feed the fish in the lobby. My favorite new toys: my dolphin and sea turtle.

I'm 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here I am when my mom and dad woke me up on my birthday. You would think they would let me sleep as long as I wanted but dad had to leave for work. I'm happy it was Monday because "trash truck hunting" is my favorite thing to do with my mom. I had some of my friends over for a swim date and I opened the last of my birthday presents.

I went to the doctor today and I am getting big! I am 31.6 lbs and 35 1/4 inches tall. I am 90% in weight and 75% in height. Quite a big boy if you ask me. I got 2 shots and didn't cry a bit. Not only am I big but brave too. I am heading to Sea World this weekend with my mom and dad so I am sure I will have stories and pictures galore.

Aunt Dedie and Uncle Dick

I love having my dad home from work...we have so much fun. We watched Sesame Street in my chair and I made him a human parking garage for all my cars. He's the best!!!!

Sunny Day

I played outside ALL day! Here I am with my dad watching the sun set, sharing a piece of firewood with and I had the last drops of a margarita. I drove while I drank but I was way under the legal alcohol limit so it was okay. It was yummy. Mommy is never in the pictures because she takes them! Poor mom!

New Garage Door

He just wanted to watch the WHOLE thing happen! The playroom is almost the way we want it. Just need some storage for garage items and then we will load in the toys. Just waiting for the cabinets now that we have the new door!

Goodbye Old Garage, Hello New Playroom

Our garage is done and it looks GREAT! We can't wait to move all of Jeremy's big toys out there so he can have some fun. Just need at get a couch, rug and tv and we'll want to live there instead of our house!

Baby Meinhardt #2's Birthday

Well, it's official! Unless this one comes early, his/her birthday will be May 28, 2008 at 2pm. We're looking forward to seeing his/her face and knowing what the heck it is. Here is an ultra sound picture from my 29 week appt. One is from the back...you can see an arm and little leg. The other one is of the baby looking straight at you. The doctor said he/she had chubby cheeks so it's right on track with Jeremy. Obviously the last one is of my growing belly.

Paint Brushes

Some cool new paint brushes I found at the store today. They are pens with burshes at the end and paint water color! Jeremy loved it! I thought I would make my life easier as well and strip him to his diaper and not let him move from his high chair. I am sure I will lighten up about the mess when he is a little older and can understand that paint "only goes on paper". I think he thought it was time to paint the high chair because he did exactly that when using the paper got old.

Garage Makeover

Travel Town

We had a fun day at Travel Town. Jeremy loved the trains and didn't want to get off the little kids train. He crashed for over 3 hours until we woke him up so he would go to bed tonight. Good times!

Jeremy got to paint in school yesterday and loved every minute of it. He liked to switch up the colors as often as possible and created a masterpiece!!!! I think he's got some talent. And it appears he's definitely a lefty!

Our third nephew was born on Monday, Feb 11 at 8:54 pm. He is doing well and keeping Jacqui awake and confused. Typical newborn!!!!! Here he is with his cousin Teddy. Our second nephew!
