They threw rocks in the stream for a long time and could have stayed A LOT longer!

Jeremy wanted Amelia to venture over a couple rocks and a tiny pool of water and she didn't want to go. Ryan and I didn't tell him anything and when we looked up, wewatched him guide her to the place he wanted to go. It was so sweet.

Best Babysitter

I just had to brag about our babysitter Emily!!!! The kids LOVE her and Amelia runs to play the second she sees her. That means a lot if you know Amelia! :) She can handle all 3 kids and even brings her own crafts and books for the kids. Seriously! Too good to be true! She just got married and is a couple years (I hope) away from kids because I don't think any other sitter would compare. And no...you can't have her number :)

Amelia and I were sorting through her "hand me downs" from Auntie Courtney and she was having a ball doing it. I try to go through her clothes every other month to put small clothes away and put new ones into her drawers from the yummy selection Auntie Courtney (Georgia and Cece) gave us. She would hold outfits up to herself and say "cute". I wonder where she gets that? She's getting so old right before our eyes :(

Beach Sledding

It was a beautiful day today in L.A! Sunny and warm. Sorry to you that have snow and not so warm weather. Ryan and the kids went and got donuts for breakfast and I set out Cupid's delivery. Bubbles for Amelia and a little airplane for Jbird. Oh yeah, a little bit of candy for each of them. Mabel got a big kiss, Ryan got some candy and Ryan got me an ipod shuffle :) We then took the kiddos to the beach for some beach sledding. Naps followed that, a family run (we borrowed our friends triple jogger), dinner and some outdoor fun after the ice cream truck came by. It felt like a summer day! Kids were in bed early and Ryan and I are watching Olympics. Take notice of Ryan landing from the sky after Jbird comes down the hill.

Fun Fridays

Every Friday, Nicole, myself and the kids go on an adventure. It's the only day we both have free so we make it a point to hang out. Today we went to Burton Chase Park in Marina Del Rey and had lots of fun climbing trees, picking flowers and waiting for rodents to come out of the ground and then they do!!!!!!!! Lunch, snacks, running around and they're all ready for a nap :)

Jbird signing his Valentine's cards! He wrote the letter "J" and I filled in the rest. He LOVED doing it and decorating his Hot Wheels cards with a red heart sticker.

Amelia's turn for the sock puppet. As you can see, her decorations didn't make it on to the sock but she had fun with the glue and sparkly things.

Meeting Shea Tyler

My childhood friend Kimmy just moved back into the area from Manhattan, NY! She is living in Manhattan Beach so she is super close. She has a 6 month daughter, Shea, and they were finally able to come over to hang out. I'm sure you will be seeing more of Shea and Kim on the blog now that they're neighbors!

"wawa" torture

Amelia is very concerned about Mabel getting her "wawa" (pacifier)! When we were in the jogger yesterday, every time the "wawa" fell out, Amelia yelled "uh oh" until I put it back in. It makes for a long run. Anyway, Amelia decided to help Mabel out with the "wawa" while we were relaxing on the floor. Mabel just wanted the pacifier!!!!!!

Biggest Loser

I bought a Biggest Loser DVD to use while the kids are napping to burn a little extra love off :) Jbird decided to join me. As did Ms. Mabel in a different way. Jeremy actually tried some of it.
